THE INTERMITTENT FAST: A WEAPON AGAINST HUNGER!

Today I'm talking to you about this powerful food strategy that could become your best ally.

As the name itself says, one of the peculiarities of this type of approach is fasting, which becomes a fundamental key to solving various problems that are normally faced during a low calorie phase.

Yup, why the INTERMITTENT FAST it can make you lose weight as well as any diet that is based on it always on the CALORIC DEFICIT.

To lose weight, eating less is always the basis of any dietary strategy aimed at doing so, there are no secrets.

This is my approach: I usually have a snack and condense most of the calories in dinner, moment when I am most hungry, but everyone is free to manage these 8 hours as you prefer, there is no rule.

Suddenly pass from the classic food management to which one is accustomed to intermittent fasting, it does not always prove to be simple because our organism is adaptive and therefore gets used to the stimuli that are gradually given to it.

This means that out of the blue it is not convenient to pass from doing 4-5 meals per day a 2 maxi meals because you could experience drops in energy and sudden hunger pangs.

My advice is to proceed step by step, going to eliminate breakfast for the first week to arrive at the first meal of the day in the late morning, from the following week also remove the snack to arrive directly at lunchtime and so on, until you return to the 16 hours of fasting.

You will realize how powerful this strategy can be when you test it in the field because I know what you are thinking by reading this article: “DIAMINE, THIS IS OUT OF HEAD, I DIED OF HUNGER IN ALL THOSE HOURS WITHOUT EATING!”

Io mi occupo di migliorare le donne a livello di estetica e di salute tramite un percorso di allenamento con i pesi personalizzato e una buona educazione alimentare, al fine di permettere piena autonomia in futuro rispetto al mantenimento dei risultati che si ottengono!
