What the packages include

  • Customization of the training program through initial CUSTOMER ANAMNESIS (documentation to be completed will be provided)
  • Training cards for both GYM and HOME
  • Weekly customer feedback on a specific online form in DRIVE sharing (weight, training and food volume management, Photo)
  • Plicometry each 8 weeks for LIVE meetings
  • Assistance by email and WA within 48-72h from the request

Terms and conditions: the provision of the service will be terminated if the payment of the installments is not made within the indicated times.

Individual consultation for exercise correction and intensity assessment (solo LIVE): 100,00 €

One to one consultancy: 60,00 €

  • Video call by 60 min, of professional advice on your condition with the release of guidelines on where to focus for your training and from the point of solo LIVE.

solo LIVE:

  • Know the exercises in the weight room and have a minimum of training experience
  • Willingness to learn (if you don't know how to do it) to use a HEAT COUNTER APP
  • Maximum seriousness and predisposition to follow the directives and not to do one's own thing in the coaching paths
  • Determination and desire to get involved without finding justifications, investing in TIME – QUALITY OF TRAINING - LEARNING CONCEPTS - CONSTANCE without being impatient and wanting unrealistic results in the short term.

Mandatory for those who want to train from home:

  • Rocker kit at least 150-155 cm and adjustable handlebars
  • Disk pool from 1 – 2 – 5 – 10 – 20 kg (TOT minimum 70 kg)
  • Reclining bench
  • Rack or support for barbell
