THE TRUTH ABOUT GLUTE WORKOUT!

The glute lifts all of your body weight, have you ever thought about it?

So much so that it is the strongest muscle in the human body from the moment in which man stopped walking in quadrupeds and began to be a biped.

It follows that the buttocks are stressed daily for several hours a day in activities such as simple walking, taking the stairs, get up from the chair, MA

despite that, these activities are NOT training for this muscle!

Think about it, it's natural! We maintain a posture with which we must necessarily live day by day and if this in itself could lead to the growth of the various districts involved, there would be no need to do anything but walk and take the stairs for an hour a day.

The body is an energy saver and has become increasingly adept at doing so over the years of human evolution, starting from the various metabolic defense mechanisms in times of famine in search of homeostasis (equilibrium) for the most economical posture to be able to maintain in terms of energy expenditure.

So how is muscle growth induced in such an already widely used district, what is the best way to see it evolve?

SIMPLE, TRAIN HIM WITH HEAVY OVERLOADS AS MANY POSSIBLE, THE MORE IT RECOVERS!

Taking into account variables that make the difference such as volume, mechanical work and impeccable technical execution.

“Claudia I have anklets at home 2 kg, I can do jumps in different positions to be able to lift my buttocks?”

What do you want me to answer after the premise made?

If your aim is to see an aesthetically beautiful butt then high, garden, full and rocky , leaps with anklets or in the same way a thousand empty repetitions on the district will not help you just as yours are not enough 50-60 kg of weight moved during the day!

When will you start lifting with exercises like :
– Barbell Hip Thrust – twice your weight
– Squat – at least the equivalent of your weight for 6-8 repetitions

Then you will sincerely see an aesthetic transformation of your butt from 0 a href= 100!
